As an organization, Trident F&B Consultants has done many projects but no other project has given such pleasure and satisfaction than planning the Base Kitchen for ISKCON Food Relief Foundation (World’s largest vegetarian mass meal programme).
International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON), also known as the Hare Krishna movement was founded in 1966 in New York City. Today, ISKCON has more than 400 centres, including 60 farm communities, 50 schools and 90 restaurants worldwide.
ISKCON Food Relief Foundation is a Non-Religious, Non-Sectarian, and Not-for -Profit Charitable Trust Registered with Charity Commissioner. The flagship programme strategically addresses the two most pressing problems of hunger and illiteracy amongst children in India. By offering free daily meals, it helps in bringing children to the classroom daily.
Highlights of the Project
ISKCON Food Relief Foundation began in 2003 as a one-off school feeding programme under Mid-day Meal. Today in 2011 ISKCON Food Relief Foundation feeds over 1.2 million children daily!

Trident F&B Consultants is pleased to have been providing Consulting services to Haldiram’s for the past 2 decades. Haldiram’s have hired Trident F&B Consultants for Hospitality consulting, including Facility Planning & Quality Assurance of the Menu Items. All the Restaurant Food Preparation areas and the three extensive Base Kitchens of Haldiram’s (all 3 in Noida) have been very carefully planned by Trident F&B Consultants. The menu at Haldiram’s - Chandni Chowk Outlet, the only Haldiram’s outlet then, was planned by Trident F&B Consultants, which is also responsible for having revised the menu several times since then.
In 1991, Haldiram’s had only one outlet in Chandni Chowk. In Nagpur also they had a single branch by the name of Haldiram’s Nagpur. That was the time, when Trident F&B Consultants joined hands with Haldiram’s and have been providing them Consultancy services. Today, Haldiram's has more than 40 mega-outlets in Delhi, NCR, U.P & Nagpur and a fine dine restaurant "2nd helping" and also explored the area of banqueting with "2nd helping The Banquet Hall". Haldiram’s has truly become the pride of Indian fast food. The association of Haldiram’s with Trident F&B Consultants has been very successful and a win-win for both the companies.
Trident F&B Consultants has worked with Rockman Breweries for an amazing project – Rockman’s Beer Island, which is India’s first micro pub brewery.
It is based on a German concept, where beer is brewed on the premises of the pub and the customers can see various stages of the brewing process inside the restaurant. As beer is brewed in the restaurant itself, it is free from preservatives, chemicals and is always fresh.
Spreading across 36,000 sq feet, Rockman’s Beer Island has three outlets, a multi-cuisine fine dine restaurant called Keg & Barrels, a German pub brewery & restaurant called Bavarian and a digital auditorium called Rockdome, apart from a Lounge and German Street.
While doing the facility planning for their food court, located in Parsvnath Mall, Inder Lok Metro Station, New Delhi, we have taken utmost care and the emphasis is primarily laid on the maximum space utilization and customer satisfaction. The menu is also very exquisitely planned by us keeping the consumer’s choices in mind.
The connection between Comesum (R.K Group) and Trident F&B Consultants is almost 9 years old when we did a takeaway joint for them in C.P. During the same time, we helped them in the Kitchen layout of their 24x7 food outlet at Pune Railway Station, which is doing quite good business.
Om Sweets is famous for Dhoda, an Indian sweet.
The Restaurants menu, which has been carefully planned by Trident F&B Consultants, offers Indian, Chinese, South Indian, Continental specialities & Sweets. The Food Preparation areas have been very carefully planned by Trident F&B Consultants.
Om Sweets started its operations as a sweets retailer in the early 1960s. This was from a small shop in Arjun Nagar, Gurgaon, which is now a busy commercial hub. The company has been growing at a steady pace under the leadership of Mr Om Prakash Kathuria (Managing Director). Today Om Sweets has seven restaurants cum sweet shops (one in Delhi and six in Gurgaon).
Trident F&B Consultants has also worked closely with them to help them follow the casual dining concept in their outlets as well as high level of hygiene and quality. Trident F&B Consultants is also providing them Hospitality consultancy, including Facility Planning & Quality Assurance of the Menu Items.
