It has been an ecstatic journey with Trident since we met them for the first time 2 years ago. The father-son duo is a really good combination of intellectual brain with vision & age old experience in the F&B industry-Trident was highly useful for the market growth of RAS. We had various upturns and downturns but the consultancy has been aiding us constantly. Sanjeev ji's experience was great for the feedback of RAS at every step. We engaged the services of Trident F&B Consultants (P) Limited for the opening of the first outlet of Nijbhog - a chain of Pure Vegetarian, Multi-Cuisine Quick Service Restaurants. Since this was the first outlet of the brand, we were looking for someone with a lot of relevant experience in this field of F&B. We came across Mr. Sanjeev Sareen and Abhishek Saareen through their website. After a few initial discussions, we learned that they not only were seasoned professionals and carried decades of experience in F&B consulting, but were also passionately driven towards their work just the way we were. Looking at their long list of accomplishments including their long association with reputed names like Haldiram's, convinced us instantly that they were the partners we had been looking out for.In the 5-6 months long journey from conceptualization stage to the final stage, Abhishek and his team played a pivotal role guiding us through each and every minute detail of the outlet. Their attention to details, depth of analysis and patience while iterating through the final designs and layout was something that made us believe that we had made the right decision. Abhishek and his team, stood by us shoulder to shoulder while we went through the different phases of the execution of this one of its kind outlet in Mussoorie. The goal was simple - to provide world class hygienic food to the travellers with a fast and efficient delivery mechanism. For this to be given shape, there were many puzzles that were required to be solved. Each time we started out solving a piece, we looked up to Abhishek and his team in hope and anticipation. Without fail they came to our rescue each time and delivered. Be it setting up the right menu, helping choose the best equipment, staff hiring or getting the taste right just before the launch - they proved themselves each time, and were a blessing in disguise to someone like us who carried very little experience in the field. Thanks to Abhishek and his team, Nijbhog was formally launched successfully on the 25th of May 2018. In a short span of time it has today become a goto place for all travellers visiting Mussoorie, looking out for lip smacking vegetarian food with a great ambience and a world class service.
